About Fran: Hola a tod@s! My name is Fran Escobar and I am a Junior double majoring in Political Science and Legal Studies. I was born in Guatemala and came to the US in 2017! I grew up in a little town called San Pancho and 4 years in East LA! Coming to UC Berkeley and seeing the resources and representation on campus made me want to be part of a bigger change. Being Part of this amazing team will allow us to create a safe space for Osos at Cal and create unique memories within our community.
Education: B.A., Political Science and Legal Studies.
Fun Fact: I enjoy listening to old Spanish music and how this new generation of artists are including some of that scent in today's music!
